Yes! Our mocktails are handcrafted, elevated, and anything but ordinary. Whether you're hosting a baby shower, corporate wellness event, Quinceañera, or a youth-centered or faith-based celebration, we’ll design a mocktail experience that’s full of flavor and style. Planning a mixed crowd? No problem—we can serve both cocktails and mocktails, so everyone has something to enjoy, no matter what’s in their glass.

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for Signature Experiences or events during peak season like spring, summer, and holidays. That said, cancellations do happen—so even if your event is coming up soon, go ahead and inquire. If the date’s open, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis with a deposit and signed agreement.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 21 days before your event. If you book within 21 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. Reschedules are allowed once, within 6 months, and are subject to availability. Cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund based on timing—details will be outlined in your contract.

Yes. We are fully insured with general and liquor liability coverage for bartending services. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we’re happy to provide it upon booking.

Yes! We’re based in Springfield, Massachusetts, and happily serve events throughout Western Mass, Connecticut, New England and beyond. The first 35 miles of round-trip travel are included. Events beyond that may incur a travel fee, and for late-night or long-distance events, an overnight accommodation fee may apply. Just reach out with your event details—we’re always happy to discuss logistics and options.

We do offer a curated cigar setup as an enhancement for outdoor or venue-approved spaces. You supply the cigars from a licensed tobacconist—we’ll handle the rest, from styling to presentation. Inquire for availability and setup options.

No, we do not offer cash bars. In Massachusetts, selling alcohol at events—including charging guests per drink—requires a special liquor license, which we do not hold. We operate as a dry hire service: you provide the alcohol, and we handle the professional bartending and service. However, for nonprofit organizations, there are options to obtain a special one-day liquor license to host a cash bar.
